Quiet Weekend

I am totally used to having a husband who works long, strange hours and who travels.

But.

I am used to being at home with lots of boys who have lots of different places to be...all at the same time.

M left town for the weekend (a calm getaway to the mountains with 48 students) and it has been SO quiet.

TOO quiet.

There has been nothing going on and while the boys have had friends in and out, we have nothing on the calendar.

Strange.

You'd think my house would be clean. Nope. I've played Dr Mario. I watched The Wedding Planner and the Devil Wears Prada. Oh...and Double Jeapordy. I caught up on jewelry orders and started ahead for a show I am doing in November.

I did make french toast. Lots of french toast for weekday breakfasts. (and shrimp fajitas, but I forgot to take a picture of those.)

M is on his way home now with Matthew in tow. We've got a special dinner tonight to go to tonight...pictures tomorrow!!
